[ About ]

Zenergy Outdoors was founded by Troy Alsobrook as the culmination of a lifelong passion for sports, the outdoors, and building meaningful relationships. A graduate of Kansas Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management, Troy also brings more than 10 years of experience in consumer and investment banking, where he developed expertise in relationship management, negotiations, business development, risk management, and creating solutions that benefit all parties involved. He founded Zenergy Outdoors to bridge the worlds of athlete representation and outdoor adventure, combining his business acumen with a passion for helping others. Named in honor of his daughter, Zen, the company reflects the values he hopes to pass on: integrity, purpose, and growth. Troy approaches every opportunity with the same philosophy: creating true win-win outcomes. As he often says, "In business, it is considered leverage. In human beings, it is considered value." That belief serves as the foundation of every relationship, partnership, and experience built through Zenergy Outdoors.

[ HISTORY ]

More than management. Where Purpose meets passion.

My journey into athlete management wasn't built in a boardroom. It was built through friendship, adversity, and growth. Like Antwuan, I faced my own battle with substances and our paths toward sobriety became a shared commitment to building better lives. Along the way, I had the opportunity to support one of my closest friends, Antwuan Dixon, as he worked to rebuild his life and career. Together, we embraced healthier routines, including consistent training in the gym, accountability, and surrounding ourselves with positive influences. Watching Antwuan reclaim his place in skateboarding reinforced a dream I'd carried since earning my degree in Sports Management, to represent athletes and help them reach their full potential. That dream became reality when I had the privilege of managing one of my best friends, widely regarded as one of the most beloved skateboarders of his generation. Today, I bring that same relationship first approach to every professional interaction, believing that lasting success is built on trust, authenticity, and investing in the person before the business.
